Is The Maestro real wood or is it plastic?

How sturdy is The Maestro?

What should be used to clean or disinfect the basin?
We recommend any EPA registered disinfectant after each pedicure. To clean the basin we recommend a scotch-bright pad with a desired cleaner (Soft Scrub, Bar Keepers Friend). The basin will not scratch or discolor so feel free to use abrasive cleaners. |

What are the two black objects (foot rollers) in the bottom of the basin?
They are removable foot massage rollers. Hundreds of tiny bumps gently massage our client’s feet as they roll their feet back and forth. The rollers are very easy to remove and disinfect as well. Learn More: Foot Rollers |

How does The Maestro drain?
The Maestro is available with an optional factory installed drain pump if you do not have a built in gravity drain. Refer to the Owners Manual or the Installation Specifications for more information. |

How far forward does The Maestro seat move?
Unlike our competitors, The Maestro’s seat travels a full nine (9) inches from front to back. Even very short clients will easily reach the integrated foot rest on the front of the basin. |

What type of material is used for the chair cushion?
A ‘soft hand’ leather-like upholstery fabric found throughout the healthcare and hospitality fields is used. The durable fabric resists abrasions and scuff markings. The fabric is also environmentally friendly because no plasticizers are used and it has a biodegradable cloth backing. |

How is The Maestro shipped?
Each Maestro is individually shipped via road freight. Upon arrival, you will need two (2) or three (3) strong people to move The Maestro. It is not the responsibility of the truck line to move or carry your equipment into the salon. “White Glove” service is available if you require assistance moving the pedicure spa. Please call for details. |

Why must I return the Warranty Registration Card?
We value each and every customer and simply want to know who you are. This allows Continuum Footspas to communicate with our customers and ensure you are 100% satisfied with The Maestro. In order to validate your limited warranty, the registration card must be completely filled out and sent to Continuum Footspas within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. |
